The main purpose of this website is to provide general information about Designers Trust, its services, access to the services provided by Designers, its clients, business partners and the opportunities that visitors might have at Designers Trust. When entering or browsing this site or otherwise using its content you should take necessary precautions to ensure that whatever you choose to use is free of viruses and may not otherwise damage or interfere with the operations of your computer.

Signing up to Designers Trust is free. You need to be 18 years or over to sign-up as either a designer or a brand.
If you no longer wish to have a registered account, you may terminate your account by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you no longer accept these terms and conditions, or any future modification of these terms and conditions, you must cease using Designers Trust. Continued use of Designers Trust indicated your continued acceptance of these terms and conditions.
If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with these terms and conditions, we may at our sole description, cancel your access to Designers Trust without prior notice. We may terminate your registered account, at our sole discretion, by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the account has been terminated.
Accuracy and completeness of information
Whilst reasonable effort is made to assure that the content of this site is complete, accurate and updated, no warranty or representation, neither express nor implied, is given.
As a user, you promise that information you give us is true, accurate and complete and, if you sign up for a Designers Trust account, that you will keep your account information up-to-date (including a current email address). Your membership is not transferable, that means you cannot sell your account. You are responsible for any use of the

If you realise there’s any unauthorized use of your password or any breach of security you need to let us know immediately. Designers Trust does not accept any kind of liability for direct or indirect damage, including, but not limited to, any consequential damage, resulting from entering or browsing this site or using its content.

Choice of law and venue
This agreement is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with Danish law, excluding, however, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), and without regard to any conflict of law principles leading to the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Agreement, including any disputes regarding the existence, validity or termination thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish Courts, with The City Court of Copenhagen as first instance.
